Mutengene Motor park receives facelift by Tiko Council

Due to the bad state of roads and with the Mutengene Park beside the market at Buea Road no exception, Tiko Council Mayor HRH Dr Peter Ikome Mesoso III and his team are out to make sure Cars move freely in and out of the park.

On Wednesday August 20, 2025, the mayor accompanied by Technical, Town Planning, Hygiene and Sanitation, Municipal Police Services alongside the Mutengene Market Mistress madam Emilien Effimaka and Bike Riders were busy filing the road with gravels.

This action according to Tiko Council Mayor HRH Dr Peter Ikome Mesoso III will ease the movement of Goods and Services in and out of the Mutengene motor thus, ease traffic.

The traders at the market and passengers at the park were very happy seeing the Mayor and his team coming to their rescue as the roads at the park was a nightmare to them, and thanked Tiko Council headed by mayor HRH Dr Peter Ikome Mesoso III for the wonderful work they have been doing in mutengene market in particular and Tiko municipality as a whole.

Previous A Sensitisation workshop on the new Local Finance law took place on Thursday July 31, 2025 at the Tiko Council.
